Room Manager (RM) optimizes scheduling of your meeting rooms and resources. With Room Manager (RM), you can manage everything for meetings — from rooms to catering and equipment at multiple locations. 

Room Manager enables you to fully automate your entire room and resource scheduling process (carpool, parking's). Using just Microsoft SharePoint Server and a web based Browser (compatible, with all Browsers, available on the market). You can quickly and easily find and book an available room, request equipment and catering, and send meeting invitations and notices. SharePoint users make their own bookings. Room Manager Suite powerful features will meet your scheduling needs. In one single view, you have complete visibility to your entire room and resource portfolio. You know instantly what rooms are booked and available, say also goodbye to double booking issue. You can immediately book rooms in single and multiple locations.

To create a reservation, simply click the Reserve Now Link, or search first through your entire organization for free rooms, cross multiple locations! Select appropriate time, and meeting details. Search by room capacity, number of persons participating the meeting, by room equipment, like available beamers and conferencing system. You can save time with the Recurring Meeting feature, as well as with the ALL DAY EVENT.
